Answers to common questions

These user guides provide short videos and instructions on how to use One Tree products. There are three levels of access to One Tree:

Administrators have access to the entire system.

Front Desk Users can redeem vouchers, sell vouchers for walk-in or phone customers, check and amend voucher details.

Redeemers who can check the validity and redeem vouchers.

Click on your user level for a guide to the functionality available to you. Note that Administrators can add new Users or Redeemers. Please contact us if you require access for a new Administrator or to upgrade a User to an Administrator.
