The One Tree team brings many years of combined expertise to deliver our clients reliable and effective ways of selling gift and promotional vouchers online. We also offer a high level of friendly and efficient customer service.

April 2019 – We’re hiring a Marketing Assistant

Develop your marketing career at One Tree! Are you a bright and enthusiastic team player who can contribute to our rapidly growing company?

Primary responsibilities include:

1. Front line client support

• Respond to individual phone and email queries
• Keep accurate records of support activities

2. On-boarding new clients

• Working with sales, coordinate and implement the on-boarding process to ensure that new clients to go live quickly and efficiently
• Edit images & write copy, online filing
• Assist with set up of financial services
• Design and order gift wallets
• Run screen-share training sessions

2. Pre-sales marketing support

• Assist in the creation of documentation and digital assets to support the achievement of sales targets
• Manage and re-order stock

3. Digital marketing

• Assist in maintaining and developing the promotional websites
• Help create and send out client newsletters and email campaigns
• Plan and implement social media presence on Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook
• Track effectiveness of digital activities, including Google Analytics

4. Branding & design

• Participate in brand development
• Create designs and documents to portray the One Tree image and brand to a consistent and high standard
• Create designs for clients as part of the client marketing programme

5. Market research

• Investigate and propose improvements to the One Tree products as required
• Develop training materials to improve self-service aspect of product

6. Voucher production

• Assist with sending out vouchers when required

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

Understanding of digital marketing and business-to-business marketing principles: Copy writing, ability to use MS Office, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, WordPress, knowledge of digital design, able to learn and use in-house systems, ability to use social media for business (useful, not essential), basic knowledge of html.

Hands on team player, proactive, confident in dealing with customers and resolving queries verbally and in writing: Creative flair and ability to get things done, eye for detail, well organised, able to work quickly and accurately. Keen to take responsibility for own work and complete tasks. Interest in technology/hospitality and gift vouchers/tickets.

Paul's role is to work with hotels and restaurants to identify their needs for gift voucher and ticketing services and where there is a good fit, introduce One Tree's services to them.

IT Director
Ben Organ

Ben has worked in web based IT systems since graduating from Bristol University and started his first company whilst still an undergraduate. With more than 15 years' experience in delivering customer focused IT projects, Ben leads a team of developers in delivering high quality projects.

Software Developer
Rob James

Rob is the lynchpin of our software development team with a large depth of experience and wide knowledge base. He keeps our systems running smoothly and develops new features.
