Retrieve and re-send a voucher

View this short video to learn how to locate and re-send a gift voucher in the One Tree system.
Occasionally a customer may not receive their emailed voucher due to firewalls and spam filters. If the sale completed, the voucher will be stored in the One Tree System.
It is simple to check the details and re-send an email voucher to the purchaser.
If the customer ordered a postal voucher, please check that the voucher is in the system. If so, and the status is dispatched, the voucher has been sent out. Please contact us for further information on re-sending.
