Vouchers can be redeemed in full or partially redeemed.

To redeem a voucher in full:

1. Log in to One Tree
2. Enter the unique 16-character code displayed on the voucher or cut and paste the digits (if available in a digital format). The characters A-E and the digits 0-9 are used. It is not case-sensitive.
3. Click the Check validity button
4. If the voucher is valid, click Redeem to log the voucher as used.

If the voucher is invalid, you will not be able to redeem it. Please contact your administrator for further assistance.

A red error message in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen means that there may be a mistake in the input of the code. Check the digits and re-try.

To partially redeem a voucher:

1. Log in to One Tree
2. Enter the unique 16-character code displayed on the voucher or cut and paste the digits (if available in a digital format). The characters A-E and the digits 0-9 are used. It is not case-sensitive.
3. Click the Check validity button
4. If the voucher is valid, click Redeem
5. A pop-up box shows the value of the voucher. Enter the value to be partially redeemed.
6. Enter the email address to send the voucher for the remaining amount.
7. Click on the green “Partial redeem” button. The ‘change’ voucher will be automatically sent out within 5 minutes.
